Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and update your health, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits. Changes made during Open Enrollment take effect on January 1.
To help you make informed decisions, HR has prepared a series of short video walkthroughs — available on the Open Enrollment Videos page.
Deadline: Review your elections in ADP by the close of the enrollment window. If you make no changes, your current elections will automatically roll over.

The SVA Employee Handbook has been updated. All employees are encouraged to review the current version, which includes revised policies on remote work, leave, and professional conduct.
A copy of the handbook is available through ADP or by contacting HR directly at hr@sva.edu.

- Workplace harassment prevention (required annually)

Announcing the Spring 2026 Term Honors Recipients — To receive Term Honors, a student must be a matriculated undergraduate who has completed 12 credits without any incomplete grades, and whose semester GPA is within the top 20% of their major department. Students in the top 5% receive High Term Honors.

Password complexity: All passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least three of: a number (0–9), a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, or a non-alphanumeric character (~!@#$%^&*).
Strong passwords: Avoid names, dates, words in any language, computer terms, patterns like “qwerty” or “123321”, or anything associated with SVA.
Protect your password: Never share or reveal your password to anyone — including supervisors. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change it immediately on all systems where you use the same password.
