2020 Summary Annual Report
Participants in SVA’s Savings or Cash Option Plan (401k) are entitled to receive a copy of the latest Summary Annual Report.

The revised notice below informs participants that a Safe Harbor contribution will be made on their behalf for the Plan Year beginning January 1, 2020.

In the Fall of 2016 SVA distributed the Staff Satisfaction Survey.
